REFUND POLICY

  1. When a product is returned, we issue a coupon code for future use instead of providing a refund. In cases where the requested replacement item is unavailable, we’ll present alternative options, with the final decision resting with the customer. If the desired product is not available, a full refund will be issued. For courier products, if the delivery address is beyond our service area, a full refund of 100% will be issued.
  2. Refunds are provided in the form of Credit Coupon, valid for 30 days, and can be used for future purchases on our online store.
  3. Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
  4. Credit Issuance: If approved, we will email you details of the store credit issued to your account.
