Return and Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Requests
To initiate an exchange, contact us via email at sales.prabhatgems@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91-9351272777 within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Return/Exchange Policy
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
3. Eligibility for Returns
The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Return Process
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return. All eligible items can be returned for a credit coupon. Credit Coupon: The full amount of the returned item (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to a coupon code. This coupon will be valid for any future purchase on our website within 30 days.

6. Damages and Issues
We will check your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Do contact us via email & WhatsApp, so we can assess and resolve any issues promptly.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the wrong size, wrong product or if they are defective or damaged. This must be done within the 7 day return/exchange window. Requests outside this period will not be accommodated.
8. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Gift Coupons/Cards
- Credit Coupons Purchased
- Duplicate/Wrong articles
- EOSS Period purchased
- Purchased on discounts/schemes/offers
